- Appointment Reminders / Referral Reminders
- The Appointment Reminders report enables the user to see those patients that have not had automatic reminders sent by email or SMS.
The Appointment Reminders report can then be used by the clinic to manually follow up reminders for these patients.
- The Referral Reminders report displays Patients name, contact details and referrals where that Patient has soon to be expiring referrals
and they have not yet been sent a reminder by email or SMS.
- The Appointments Report contains a list of visits, showing the patients name, age, gender, occupation, the complaint notes and
an indication of whether the notes have been completed or not. Also, a total for each practitioner of how many visits, how many visits
with completed notes, and how many visits with incomplete notes are available at the end of the list of visits. If summary is selected,
then it will only show a list of practitioners with the totals, not all the appointment details.
- The Appointment Statistics Report provides either a detailed or summary report for each appointment type for a clinic or range
of clinics within a specified date range. The report is broken up into Clinics. For each clinic each day that has had an appointment
is shown and the Appointment Types, Number of Appointments, Charges, Charge Taxes, Products, Product Taxes, Extras, Extra Taxes are displayed
- The Bank Deposit Form generates a printable form that is similar to most standard bank deposit forms.
The form is automatically populated with the selected clinics banking details.
The report selects all cash payments for a Clinic in a specified date range and calculates a
total that is included on the form.
- The Cancelled and Moved Appointments Report shows you a list of appointments in the selected timeframe that have been moved or cancelled.
- The Daily Diary enables the user to print out a list of appointments for the specified dates, clinics and practitioners.
- The Daily Planner Report allows your practitioners to see what they have scheduled for a particular day.
- The EOD (End Of Day) Payment Report shows details of all payments made during the period for which the report is run.
Different sort criteria as well as detail levels can be specified.
- The Invoicee Statement Report contains information about all of the invoices that have been sent to the selected Invoicees.
The report contains information about the date and time, patient, clinic, practitioner, the amount charged and the balance outstanding.
It also includes the total amount outstanding for that Invoicee.
- The Patient followup Report shows a list of patients who have not visited the clinic in a while.
- The Patient Report contains the patients details as well as the appointments details for each visit.
- The Patient Statement contains the patients details, the appointments details and the outstanding amount for each visit.
The Patient Statement report only displays the outstanding amount for appointments up to the current date.
- The Graphing of Practitioners Report contains information about practitioners and the number of appointments between given dates.
The report displays a list of practitioners, the number of patients, number of appointments and the Appointment Type as a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file.
- The Payment Analysis Report contains the patients appointment details, for example, the appointment type, appointment
time and the appointment date. It also provides the name(s) of the clinic and practitioner for the patient and the different payment
methods that were used by that patient.
- The Payment History Report contains the patient's details, appointment details, the total charge and the paid amount for each visit.
- The Practitioner Percentage Report contains information about a Practitioner or Practitioners received payments and the percentage
of these payments that they will receive for a specified clinic or clinics and a specified period.
- The Practitioner Profitability Report shows details of practitioners profit during the specified period, for the specified clinics
and practitioners. The report can be viewed in detail or summary view.
- The Referral Statistics Report shows how many referrals you have got in the given dates and who referred them.
- Reprint Bank Deposit Forms / Invoices / Reports displays a list of previously printed Bank Deposit Forms, Invoices or Reports, allowing you to
reprint them later if needed
- The User Audit Report shows an audit of the patient information users have been looking at in the system. This report can be viewed in detail or summary view.
